Terms of Use
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms cover your use of Plannyfy during the private beta, for travelers and vendors. We have kept them as plain as we can.
1. The beta
Plannyfy is in a private beta. It is invitation-only, it may change or have bugs, and features may be added or removed. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Invitations and accounts
- You need an invitation. Access is matched to the verified Google email we invited, and the role (traveler, vendor or admin) is the one we gave you.
- Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be 18 or over.
- Do not share your access or try to get a role you were not given.
- We may suspend or remove access at any time, for example to protect the service or other people.
3. How the marketplace works
Plannyfy is a platform. Travelers describe a trip. Vendors, who are independent businesses and not part of Plannyfy, offer prices to provide parts of it. Plannyfy does not provide travel services itself and is not a party to a vendor's service.
Offers are time-boxed. An offer can be changed by the vendor while it is live, and it expires at the time shown. We calculate the best price and best value combinations from the offers we hold, but we do not guarantee that any offer will be available or honored.
4. Prices, estimates and AI
- Market prices and savings shown in Plannyfy are estimates. They are a guide, not a quote, and not a promise of what you would pay elsewhere.
- Trips drafted by AI can contain mistakes. Check every detail before you rely on it.
- Always confirm the details of a service with the vendor before you travel.
5. Locking in, escrow payments and cancellations
When you lock in a winning package, payment is processed through Stripe (by card, bank debit, wallet, eligible milestone deposit + balance schedule, or co-traveler split payment links). Funds are held in Plannyfy escrow until 48 hours after the trip or event ends (and after bank-debit settlement holds clear), then released to the winning vendors minus Plannyfy's platform commission.
Once locked and funded, Plannyfy issues your digital voucher packet (with PLN voucher codes and direct vendor contact details). Cancellations follow each offering's stated policy (24-hour flexible, 7-day moderate, 14-day strict, or non-refundable) shown before checkout: refundable amounts are returned to the original payment method, and any policy-retained amount is paid to the vendor net of commission.
6. Your budget and privacy
We keep your budget, per-item targets and a vendor's floor price private as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to try to find out another person's private information, or other vendors' prices, through the service.
7. Rules for vendors
- Give accurate information about who you are and what you offer, and keep it up to date.
- Honor an offer for as long as it is live, or withdraw it with an honest reason. Withdrawing can affect how reliable you look on the platform, depending on the reason.
- You are responsible for the suppliers you choose and for delivering what you offered.
- Do not collude with other vendors on prices, post fake offers, or try to take a traveler off the platform to avoid it.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, harass anyone, or post anything false, misleading or harmful.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape or attack the service, or work around its limits and protections.
- Do not use the demo or the beta to test attacks or to collect other people's information.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter, such as trip descriptions, offers and notes. You give Plannyfy permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service, including sending trip descriptions to the AI described in our Privacy Policy. Please share feedback freely. We may use it to improve Plannyfy without owing you anything for it.
10. Availability and changes
We try to keep Plannyfy running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop parts of the beta, and we may update these terms. When we make material changes we will tell you, and using Plannyfy after that means you accept them.
11. Disclaimers and limits
Plannyfy is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Plannyfy is not responsible for what vendors do or fail to do, for travel disruptions, or for decisions you make using estimates or AI output.
To the extent the law allows, Plannyfy's total responsibility to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the platform fees you paid Plannyfy in the 12 months before the claim, and Plannyfy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Plannyfy at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to privacy@plannyfy.com. We can suspend or end your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the limits above, continue afterwards.
